BIR Annual Registration Fee Calculator (Form 0605) Philippines 2026
Find out exactly how much to pay for your P500 annual registration fee, including any surcharge and interest if you are filing late.
Step 1: When did you pay or plan to pay Form 0605?
This is usually January 31. If BIR announced an extension for your RDO, use that date instead.
If you have not paid yet, enter today’s date to see your current penalty as of today.
How to Pay Form 0605 via GCash
- Open the eBIRForms application and select Form 0605, Payment Form.
- Fill in your TIN, RDO code, and the tax type as Registration Fee, then generate the form.
- Open GCash and tap Pay Bills, then select Government, then BIR.
- Select Form 0605 as the form type, enter your TIN and the amount due, then confirm payment.
- Save the reference number and screenshot as proof of payment.
Common Mistakes to Avoid
- Forgetting this is an annual requirement. You need to pay P500 every year for as long as your BIR registration is active, even if your business made no sales.
- Paying after January 31 without checking for penalties. Even a few days late adds surcharge and interest on top of the P500.
- Using the wrong form type in eBIRForms or GCash. Make sure you select Form 0605 specifically for the registration fee, not a different tax type.
- Not keeping proof of payment. Always save your payment confirmation. You may need to present it during BIR audits.
